BASICS:

*NFL Flag Football rules will be followed

*5v5 format

*3 game guarantee 

*6 players minimum per team, 12 players max & 2 coaches’ max

DIVISIONS:

Coed:  8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, HS

Girls: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, HS

Adult: Women’s 18+, and Men's 18+

RULES: NFL FLAG 5V5 RULES

TEAM ENTRY FEES:

Regular Registration: $450 Per Team

*$150 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. 

Must be paid in full by registration closing.

MULTI-TEAM DISCOUNTS:

*2 teams save $25 per team

*3-4 teams save $50 per team

*5+ teams save $75 per team

AWARDS:

Division winners receive championship rings, invite to the Showdown Series 5v5 National Championship in May 2026.

ROSTERS/WAIVERS:

*12 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team

*Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY/AGE CUTOFF:

Player's age will be based on the age that they will be on Aug 01, 2025

TEAM CHECK-IN:

Will start one hour ahead of your first game outside of the Main Entrance gates.

MEDIA WRISTBANDS:

Teams interested in having their own media people on their sideline may do so by purchasing the media wristband for $100. This will be included (1) media wristband. 

• Teams who have not purchased the media wristband package will not be allowed to have their own media people on the sidelines.
• 2 coaches are allowed on the sideline.
• If interested, email Nate@TheShowdownSeries.com in advance. 

REFUND POLICY:

Showdown Series has full confidence that our tournament will happen. We have a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Showdown Series in 2026, as long as we receive written notification one week before the tournament date. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Showdown Series Tournament in 2026.

*Showdown Series reserves the right to combine divisions if two (2) or less teams are signed up in a division.
