*Each division winner will be presented with a championship trophy and rings.

*Athletic trainer will be available for first-aid

*Food trucks will be present

*Full snack bar (burgers, pizza, desserts, sandwiches, snacks, drinks)

*Vendors/merchandise for sale

*Private Security will be present

*$20 entry fee for all spectators; $5 for kids. Kids 5 and under are free!

*Champions will automatically qualify for Tournament of Champions

* Soft-Shell Helmets recommended

* 2 refs for every game

* 22-25 minute running clock

* 3 games guaranteed (3 pool play followed by single elimination bracket play)

LINEMAN COMPETITIONS (5V5 BIG BOYS):

Divisions offered: 10U, 12U, 13U, 8th grade, HS 

$250 PER 5V5 LINEMAN TEAM

TEAM ENTRY FEES:

Regular Registration: $550 Per Team 

*$150 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.

MULTI-TEAM DISCOUNTS

*2 teams save $25 per team

*3-4 teams save $50 per team

*5+ teams save $75 per team

TEAM CHECK-IN:

Will start one hour ahead of your first game outside of the Main Entrance gates.

MEDIA WRISTBANDS:

Teams interested in having their own media people on their sideline may do so by purchasing the media wristband for $100. This will be included (1) media wristband. 

• Teams who have not purchased the media wristband package will not be allowed to have their own media people on the sidelines.
• 3 coaches are allowed on the sideline.

REFUND POLICY:

Showdown Series has full confidence that our tournaments will happen. We have a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Showdown Series in 2025, as long as we receive written prior written notice 72 hours prior to the start of the event. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Showdown Series Tournament.

*Showdown Series reserves the right to combine divisions if two (2) or less teams are signed up in a division.
